We operate a highly successful business model that was created in cooperation with the U.S. Government to successfully deliver on prototyping projects for numerous Department of Defense agencies under Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs).

Since 2004, we have specifically focused on supporting the engagement with non-traditional suppliers throughout the innovation/prototype development life cycle.  We distinctly focus on providing contract and project management services to engage and facilitate prototype projects with suppliers that develop technologies for future defense needs.

 

Defense agencies utilize us to obtain and advance research and development prototypes, relying on us to:

 

• Facilitate a rapid contracting process and development of Statements of Work

• Work with selected subcontractors in a transparent, streamlined process

• Create a teaming approach, with the potential for government lab cooperative work

• Manage negotiated Statements of Work to deliver against milestones
